"El Lenguaje de las Plantas" (Language of the Plants) is a tribute to the vegetal world and it's subtle and pure communication.

The making of this album has been a very exciting process. Here I put together some instruments I love and I have been playing for a while, but now, with the looper an effects I can put everything together and obtain new, richer results.

There are no samples. Every instrument is played and recorded by me. I use the kalimba, a native american double flute, electric guitar, bass, shakers, analog drumkit, and that's it.

I also included a field recording I personally made in the Amazon rainforest, in the place of the shipibo people, which understand themselves as "vegetalists" because they learn, heal and communicate with the plants.

This track was intended to be played live and everything you can hear here is improvisation, so in every performance it will be different... but I wanted to prepare this studio version to make it sound nicer with the mix and master processes.
