about

Spiraling (Early Works) is an exercise of recapitulation over some very personal and intimate early music I made between 2009 and 2015 approximately. This was an "expansive" season in which I was acquiring and exploring new instruments, so these tracks have this special sense of wonder or fascination on the new, so I decided to make a remaster on them.

The music contained in this album can be very simple: It's mainly a solos album, but each of these tracks and instruments have their unique history. Some of the instruments played here are relics, other are sacred, ritualistic and difficult to find, some of them have a more personal story.... so this is a compilation of early music, but mainly of personal moments of connections and enjoyment of the new.
